2. Booking and Appointments

Appointment Booking

• All appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting us directly
• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
• Deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment
• You must arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Deposit forfeited
• No-shows: Full service charge applies
• Rescheduling: Allowed once with deposit transfer (subject to availability)

3. Payment Terms

Pricing and Deposits

• All prices are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, style complexity, and product usage
• A 15% deposit is required to confirm appointments
• Deposits are processed securely through our payment system
• Balance due at appointment completion

• Cash payments at the salon
• Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

• A patch test may be required for chemical services
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may harm your health
